Job Summary

To support customer needs in the automotive sector, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist clients by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information via phone, chat, or email while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with website-related issues, account permissions, and troubleshooting mobile apps
  • Document and resolve issues in the ticketing system, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Identify customer needs and trends in calls, providing follow-up on issue resolutions
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  • Three years of customer service or call center experience required
  • General automotive knowledge required
  • Ability to work independently and meet time commitments
  • Familiarity with a Technical Support Ticket System
