Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist inbound callers with their wireless accounts, process orders, and troubleshoot issues while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers regarding wireless account inquiries
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Process orders and update customer accounts and records while multitasking effectively
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must pass a background screening and be legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • Reside in one of the specified states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, or Iowa
