Job Summary
Delivering exceptional support to customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls related to wireless accounts, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining a positive and efficient service environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service by assisting inbound callers with their wireless account inquiries
- Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records while effectively multitasking
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
- Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts any day of the week
- GED or High School Diploma, and must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
