Job Summary

Delivering exceptional support to customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls related to wireless accounts, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining a positive and efficient service environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service by assisting inbound callers with their wireless account inquiries
  • Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records while effectively multitasking
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training and flexible 8-hour shifts any day of the week
  • GED or High School Diploma, and must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a background screening and be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
