Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, educating customers about their warranties while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with warranty inquiries
  • Educate customers on warranty products and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to meet service goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on conflict resolution
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage
  • Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
  • Ability to work in a home office setting with reliable internet access
