Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage escalated customer calls, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while meeting performance metrics.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to resolve their issues
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to document interactions and provide accurate solutions
- Meet established goals for performance metrics, including call quality and productivity
Required qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends
- Computer experience with a reliable wired internet connection above 15 Mbps
