Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries regarding electric and gas services, educate customers on billing, and ensure high satisfaction levels while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding services

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience is required
- 1 year of call center experience is preferred
