Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries regarding electric and gas services, educate customers on billing, and ensure high satisfaction levels while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding services
• Educate customers on billing details, payment options, and assistance programs
• Document customer interactions and focus on achieving first call resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 1 year of customer service experience is required
• 1 year of call center experience is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling customer information
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace
