Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service Representative will manage incoming communications, troubleshoot consumer product issues, and provide support to ensure client satisfaction for various prestigious brands.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and respond to written communications while documenting interactions in the CRM system
- Troubleshoot consumer product issues and recommend appropriate actions to resolve concerns
- Handle quality complaints and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures while maintaining superior customer service etiquette
