Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage customer relationships, assist with enrollment questions, and provide support in a high-volume environment to enhance customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities
  • Listen, assess, and understand client needs using a consultative approach
  • Finalize participant applications and track outbound contact attempts
  • Effectively assist participants over the phone, ensuring compliance with service regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment preferred
  • Ability to complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
  • Technical proficiency in managing multiple computer systems and using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work varying shifts and mandatory overtime as required
