Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Service Representative will manage customer relationships, assist with enrollment questions, and provide support in a high-volume environment to enhance customer loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Listen, assess, and understand client needs using a consultative approach
- Finalize participant applications and track outbound contact attempts
- Effectively assist participants over the phone, ensuring compliance with service regulations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment preferred
- Ability to complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
- Technical proficiency in managing multiple computer systems and using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work varying shifts and mandatory overtime as required
