Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer relationships, assist with enrollment questions, and provide exceptional service in a high-volume environment while working from home in designated states.
Key responsibilities
- Listen to and assess client needs using a consultative approach
- Finalize participants' applications through a structured process
- Effectively assist participants over the phone and resolve their inquiries
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment preferred
- Technical proficiency in managing multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
- Must have a distraction-free workspace and meet internet speed requirements
