Job Summary

Resolving patient healthcare accounts, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will negotiate payment plans through inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high-quality service standard and adhering to compliance regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers by reviewing account history using various databases and payment portals
  • Maintain a 96% quality score through superior customer service and accurate documentation of customer encounters
  • Support Savista's Compliance Program by adhering to relevant policies and procedures, including HIPAA and FDCPA regulations
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare customer service or a healthcare certification/degree
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
  • Ability to access multiple databases simultaneously for customer interactions
  • Demonstrated experience with live documentation of customer encounters
