Job Summary
Supporting automotive enthusiasts with their post-purchase inquiries, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer calls regarding returns, order tracking, and cancellations while working from home and participating in required weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Takes incoming calls to address customer post-purchase issues and concerns
- Provides prompt and efficient service while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Educates customers on policies and procedures, ensuring first touch resolution standards are met
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
