Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, the candidate will support customers through phone and digital channels, resolving inquiries and providing accurate information while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests and provide one-to-one telephone support to applicants and beneficiaries
  • Maintain proficiency in technical and program policies to deliver accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to multitask and effectively navigate computer systems
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Background and drug screening required
