Job Summary
As a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, the candidate will support customers through phone and digital channels, resolving inquiries and providing accurate information while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests and provide one-to-one telephone support to applicants and beneficiaries
- Maintain proficiency in technical and program policies to deliver accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to multitask and effectively navigate computer systems
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
- Background and drug screening required
