Job Summary
Supporting customer inquiries in a full-time remote capacity, the Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to calls, provide product information, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration, utilizing training and available resources
- Process transactions accurately through mainframe or web-based applications
- Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate information
Required qualifications
- Must reside in Florida
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Availability to work Monday-Friday from 10am - 7pm
