Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Supporting customer inquiries in a full-time remote capacity, the Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to calls, provide product information, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration, utilizing training and available resources
• Process transactions accurately through mainframe or web-based applications
• Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate information

Required qualifications

• Must reside in Florida
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 10am - 7pm
