Job Summary
Providing world-class support to high-value customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound requests through phone, email, and chat, assisting with lifestyle services, travel coordination, and loyalty program inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer requests through various communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests
- Document interactions and manage cases using company systems while maintaining quality standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or loyalty programs is highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset
