Job Summary

Providing world-class support to high-value customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound requests through phone, email, and chat, assisting with lifestyle services, travel coordination, and loyalty program inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer requests through various communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely support for customer inquiries and service requests
  • Document interactions and manage cases using company systems while maintaining quality standards
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or loyalty programs is highly valued
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset
