Job Summary
Providing customer support for fitness programs, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls from members and fitness clubs, ensuring accurate and timely responses while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Receives and responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, demonstrating knowledge of ASH Fitness products
- Records call information accurately and follows standard procedures to address member inquiries and issues
- Participates in team meetings to discuss issues and collaborate with department personnel
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED certificate required
- 1 year of experience in customer service required
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
