Job Summary

Providing customer support for fitness programs, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage incoming calls from members and fitness clubs, ensuring accurate and timely responses while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Receives and responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans, demonstrating knowledge of ASH Fitness products
  • Records call information accurately and follows standard procedures to address member inquiries and issues
  • Participates in team meetings to discuss issues and collaborate with department personnel
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • 1 year of experience in customer service required
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
