Job Summary

Managing inbound customer interactions, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will provide timely support across various service areas while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in a mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and document all customer interactions
  • Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
