Job Summary

Managing inbound customer interactions, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will provide timely support for government-based programs while ensuring professionalism and efficiency in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets as necessary
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and conduct follow-up calls to ensure resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
  • Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
