Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time or part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, create estimates and invoices, and manage customer inquiries while working remotely in the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Make every customer excited to use Auto Glass Now by providing excellent service
• Create estimates, price quotes, and invoices for customers' glass needs
• Answer phones, return customer calls, and ensure accurate appointment bookings

Required qualifications

• Sales background preferred for experienced pay
• Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
• Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is a plus
• Open availability, including holidays and weekends
• Prior phone or call center experience is a plus
