Job Summary
Seeking dedicated individuals, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and complaints, document interactions, and maintain product knowledge while working evening shifts from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting consumer products and services
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain a dedicated and distraction-free home workspace
