Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries and complaints, document interactions, and maintain product knowledge while working evening shifts from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred

  • Ability to maintain a dedicated and distraction-free home workspace
