Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer accounts, and provide technical support while helping clients navigate health insurance enrollment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Provide technical support and manage customer accounts effectively
  • Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Required qualifications
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Ability to work from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check and drug test
