Job Summary
Seeking dedicated individuals, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide technical support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of customer service
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and perform application data entry
- Respond to online chat inquiries and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
- Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
- Ability to pass background check and drug test within 3 days
