Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide technical support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls while ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and perform application data entry
  • Respond to online chat inquiries and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
  • Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test within 3 days
