Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide technical support, and assist customers in navigating health insurance enrollment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls while delivering a high level of customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
Required qualifications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- High level of comfort learning new technology
- Ability to work from home in a dedicated, private workspace
- Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
