Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer accounts, and provide technical support while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and online chat inquiries
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and technical support consistently
- Perform application data entry and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required qualifications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- High level of comfort learning new technology
- Ability to commit to full attendance during a 3-week paid training period
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace for remote work
