Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with customer account management while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service and technical support
- Manage customer accounts and perform application data entry
- Respond to online chat inquiries and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required qualifications
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Ability to maintain a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days of application
- Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
