Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with customer account management while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service and technical support
  • Manage customer accounts and perform application data entry
  • Respond to online chat inquiries and adhere to defined procedures and policies
Required qualifications
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days of application
  • Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
