Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide technical support, and assist customers with health insurance enrollment while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and deliver a high level of service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Adhere to defined procedures and guidelines while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects
Required qualifications
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and complete a background check and drug test
