Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time or full-time basis, the Remote Customer Service Representative will assist automotive enthusiasts with post-purchase inquiries, including returns, order tracking, and cancellations, while maintaining a professional demeanor and meeting performance expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding post-purchase issues and provide efficient service
- Educate customers on company policies and procedures while processing requests accurately
- Notify leadership of trends or problems and participate in special projects as assigned
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong keyboarding skills
- Must reside in specific states including PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
