Job Summary

Supporting customer inquiries as the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, the candidate will answer calls, provide product information, and resolve issues while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
  • Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications and submit research requests accurately
  • Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality
Required qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
  • Commitment to 100% attendance during three to five weeks of paid training
