Job Summary
Supporting customer inquiries as the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative, the candidate will answer calls, provide product information, and resolve issues while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
- Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications and submit research requests accurately
- Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, ensuring effective communication and confidentiality
Required qualifications
- Must reside in Florida
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
- Commitment to 100% attendance during three to five weeks of paid training
