Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Representative will provide professional support in a high-volume call center environment, handling incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries, and navigating systems to deliver accurate information.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism, facilitating first call resolution and escalating as necessary
  • Navigate systems of record and knowledge tools to ensure accurate information is conveyed to callers
  • Attend required training sessions for new projects and initiatives while maintaining organized training materials
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to pass federal clearance
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent (equivalent experience may substitute)
