Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding electric and gas services, educate them on billing details, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding services
- Educate customers on billing details, payment options, and assistance programs
- Document customer interactions and focus on first call resolution
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience is required
- 1 year of call center experience is preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling difficult customer interactions
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection
