Job Summary
Working remotely on a seasonal basis, the Customer Service / Tech Support Representative will provide inbound customer support, assist with purchases, and promote additional products while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Assist customers with completing purchases and offer post-order support
- Utilize product knowledge to build client relationships and retain customers
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience; 3+ years preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability for scheduling
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
