Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service Representative, the full-time position will manage customer accounts, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Review existing customer accounts to ensure accuracy and address needs
  • Follow escalation paths to resolve technical issues and maintain customer communication
  • Provide high levels of customer service by creating personal connections and demonstrating empathy
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Comfortable using Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other asynchronous tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively and ask discovery questions
  • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
