Job Summary
As a remote Customer Service Representative, the full-time position will manage customer accounts, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Review existing customer accounts to ensure accuracy and address needs
- Follow escalation paths to resolve technical issues and maintain customer communication
- Provide high levels of customer service by creating personal connections and demonstrating empathy
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Comfortable using Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other asynchronous tools
- Ability to communicate effectively and ask discovery questions
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
