Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Representative will review grievance and appeals documents, accurately classify disputes, and manage member information across multiple client systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and assess incoming grievance and appeals documents for completeness and relevance
  • Accurately classify dispute types and assign the correct Line of Business based on client guidelines
  • Enter and normalize data into internal systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or data entry roles
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and HIPAA compliance
  • Proficiency in using multiple client systems and data entry platforms
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM EST with potential for overtime
