Job Summary

To support a diverse team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, the remote Customer Service Representative will provide high-quality service, retain customers through effective communication, and navigate multiple systems efficiently in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain acceptable production levels while providing details on discount services to retain customers
  • Deliver expert customer experiences and de-escalate critical situations with empathy
  • Participate in ongoing training and self-development to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to articulate complex subject matter in an accessible manner
  • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
