Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to insurance claims calls related to automotive glass breakage, assisting customers with their inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions after completing initial training in-person.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls regarding insurance claims while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize available scripts and systems to assist customers with their questions and concerns
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience with insurance claims or insurance companies is preferred
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Comfortable navigating various computer systems and platforms
- Legal work authorization in Canada and residency in the Greater Montreal area
