Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to insurance claims calls related to automotive glass breakage, assisting customers with their inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions after completing initial training in-person.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer calls regarding insurance claims while maintaining quality standards
  • Utilize available scripts and systems to assist customers with their questions and concerns
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs and inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience with insurance claims or insurance companies is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable navigating various computer systems and platforms
  • Legal work authorization in Canada and residency in the Greater Montreal area
