To support the team, the temporary Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to insurance claims calls related to automotive glass breakage, providing customer assistance and recommending solutions while ensuring high-quality standards, with full remote work available after initial training.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive glass insurance claims
- Utilize provided scripts and systems to assist customers effectively
- Maintain high-quality service standards throughout customer interactions
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience with insurance claims is highly desirable
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Comfortable navigating various computer systems and platforms
- Legal work authorization in Canada and resident of the Greater Montreal area
