Job Summary

To support the team, the temporary Remote Customer Service Representative will respond to insurance claims calls related to automotive glass breakage, providing customer assistance and recommending solutions while ensuring high-quality standards, with full remote work available after initial training.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive glass insurance claims
• Utilize provided scripts and systems to assist customers effectively
• Maintain high-quality service standards throughout customer interactions

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Experience with insurance claims is highly desirable
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Comfortable navigating various computer systems and platforms
• Legal work authorization in Canada and resident of the Greater Montreal area
