Job Summary
Providing 24/7 support, the remote Customer Service Representative will triage urgent clinical calls from patients and caregivers, manage new patient referrals, and ensure high-quality customer service while working independently in a home office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Triages urgent clinical needs through after-hours calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Supports local Patient Registration teams by managing and verifying new patient referrals
- Maintains accurate documentation of calls and ensures compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of previous call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to work independently in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
- Knowledge of computerized information systems
