Job Summary
To support a dynamic team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for utility service inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete a virtual paid training program and pass weekly tests
- Address customer inquiries regarding utility services, billing, and payment assistance
- Document customer interactions accurately and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues
Required qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to engage on the phone for extended periods with minimal distractions
- Proficient in using technology and managing multiple applications simultaneously
- Demonstrated reliable attendance and punctuality
