Job Summary

Joining a diverse team, the remote Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer experiences, manage account inquiries, and resolve technical issues while working part-time or full-time from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Review customer accounts to ensure accuracy and address needs effectively
  • Follow escalation paths to resolve technical issues and maintain communication with customers
  • Create and manage customer cases while delivering expert customer experiences
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate and ask discovery questions
  • Proficiency in Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Must provide a secure, quiet workspace for remote work
  • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
