Job Summary

Seeking passionate individuals, the remote Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer experiences and solutions, maintaining production levels and assisting customers with inquiries and services in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management while delivering high-quality customer service
  • Assist customers by providing details on discount services to help retain and save them
  • Participate in ongoing training and self-development to enhance service delivery and product knowledge
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in using Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
