Job Summary

Joining a diverse team, the remote Customer Service / Tech Support Representative will provide inbound support, resolve technical issues, and document information while working from home in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Technical support experience preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free home environment
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
