Job Summary

Supporting customers through phone and digital channels, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests and provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants and beneficiaries
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and deliver clear, accurate information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
