Key responsibilities
- Manage high call volumes from inbound phone traffic

Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service representative experience preferred but not required
- Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with reliability and flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check
