Job Summary

Delivering exceptional support to new and existing members, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist with billing inquiries, enrollment verification, and provider searches while managing a high volume of inbound calls in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls for Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries
  • Assist with various tasks including claims inquiries, benefits inquiries, and authorization status checks
  • Maintain awareness of performance impacts on members and manage grievances and appeals
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 6 months of healthcare experience
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Must have a private workstation and reliable internet connectivity
