Job Summary

Providing customer support for the CDC INFO program, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist with inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining knowledge of health-related topics and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide assistance in scheduling vaccines and sending out kits
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking information and documenting inquiries while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of CDC procedures
  • Meet quality assurance metrics and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in using PCs, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with phone systems and headsets preferred
  • Must reside in the continental United States and comply with remote working policies
