Job Summary

Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, recommend additional products and services, and ensure accurate documentation of account information while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during calls
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure accurate documentation in the client system
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations while managing delinquent accounts according to guidelines

Required qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a call center environment is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
• Effective call handling skills with a strong focus on professionalism
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work under deadlines
