Job Summary
Seeking ambitious individuals, the part-time Remote Customer Service Representative will assist customers with inquiries, recommend additional products and services, and ensure accurate documentation of account information while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during calls
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure accurate documentation in the client system
- Adhere to State and Federal regulations while managing delinquent accounts according to guidelines
Required qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a call center environment is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software
- Effective call handling skills with a strong focus on professionalism
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work under deadlines
