Key responsibilities:

Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on conflict resolution
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage
  • Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
