Job Summary
Passionate about customer service, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to educate customers on their warranties while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to assist customers with warranty inquiries
- Anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions to complex issues
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and outcomes
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
