Job Summary
Working remotely on an hourly basis, the Customer Service Representative will manage phone-based customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order processing to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and provide prompt assistance with inquiries
- Offer detailed product information and support to customers regarding their purchases
- Assist with order processing and resolve any issues related to customer orders
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with customer service software and phone systems

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
