Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service and support to customers, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and credits accurately while adhering to established procedures
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer-facing environment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
