Job Summary

To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and troubleshooting issues while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues through various communication channels
  • Manage a steady flow of customer contacts daily, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • After initial training, take on additional tasks such as appointment scheduling and order taking
Required qualifications
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to stay organized and focused during high volumes of customer interactions
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience for assisting customers
  • Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection
  • No prior call center experience required; training will be provided based on attitude and trainability
