Job Summary

Supporting a well-known automotive brand, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing timely solutions while working from home in a structured contact center environment specifically for Michigan residents.

Key responsibilities
  • Offer accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Utilize web-based tools and internal systems to research customer inquiries and document interactions
  • Manage assigned cases from initiation to resolution by following defined processes and required actions
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
  • Availability to work scheduled shifts Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Must reside in Michigan and have a suitable remote work setup with high-speed wired internet
